I'm running channel.cpp and I'd like to extract mean velocity profiles for u, v, and w in the wall-normal and spanwise directions; and instantaneous values of u, v and w, and the second invariant of the rate of strain tensor (Q criterion) for the flow field domain. Since I don't have Matlab, I'd like to extract this information in Tecplot format. What's the best way to do this?

My apologies if what I'm asking for is obvious. My knowledge of C++ is very primitive at this stage…
